🌿 Arrive a little early – We recommend arriving about 10 minutes before the session starts, so you can settle in, get comfy, and land softly into the space.
🌿 Disconnect to reconnect – Please switch your phone to flight mode or turn it off entirely to allow for an uninterrupted and vibration-free sound journey.
🌿 Prepare your body and mind – For the best experience, we suggest avoiding alcohol the evening before and skipping caffeine the morning of the session. A light breakfast 2 hours prior will support your body without feeling heavy during breathwork.

Amit is a certified Conscious Embodiment and Breathwork Coach, with a deep background in somatic psychology, process work, and mindfulness. With an academic foundation in Cell Biology and Biochemistry, Amit brings a grounded, integrative approach to healing and personal growth.
He trained with renowned breath master Dan Brulé, and his passion lies in helping others find courage, inner well-being, and joy. Amit sees presence as the foundation of well-being, and well-being as the gateway to creativity, productivity, and a deeply fulfilling life.
